James made it very easy to understand and was very patient with the very many questions we had. He is very responsive and even when he had a personal commitment, he would communicate with you so you knew that you were not left hanging. Many loan officers/lender don’t actually show up to your closing day but James did, and it was a very nice gesture. He made sure everything was taken care of throughout the process for us to close on time, the day we had expected and indicated in our contract. Our final closing costs were surprisingly lower than his initial estimate, which does come by as a good surprise the day of closing. He also noted a couple of items we were incorrectly charged by the title company after closing, and helped get the amount refunded back to us. I would definitely recommend James to anyone. His abundance of knowledge and experience will make the stressful home buying process much easier! Thank you for all your help, James!
